Are you feeling overwhelmed or isolated as a caregiver? Feeling as if you are not sure how to best support your child's mood or behavior changes? Need mental health support for yourself as a woman, mom, or trying to become a mom? As a mom of two young boys, I know how important it is to make sure that our children are happy, safe, and supported. I also know how important it is for caregivers to get the right support too.

As a licensed therapist in CA, CT, OH, and FL, I work with teens and adult women to create practical solutions to make the hard days more manageable. I make sure each client feels seen, empowered and supported. I have two specialty areas: 1.) Teens with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or behavioral challenges 2.) Women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, fertility or postpartum challenges, or parenting stress. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a focus on strengths and resiliency.

I provide a supportive, warm, inviting, and accepting space and meet every client where they are. I take great care to build rapport and ensure every person I work with feels safe & heard. It is such a privilege working alongside the clients who entrust me with their care.
