Hello and Welcome! I am happy you found me. I’m Elyse and I look forward to the opportunity to meet you. I think that one of the most important parts of therapy is building a personal connection with your therapist since it’s vital to feel like your therapist is someone who you can trust. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen and heard in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I use many therapeutic orientations and techniques to give every client a personalized experience, but I tend to be more client-centered and solution-focused in nature.
