I am licensed in Washington and Idaho, with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. It takes much courage and strength to seek counseling. I believe that the path to healing and wellness is an empowering process of growth. My goal is to assist clients on their personal journey of self-discovery by treating each person as a unique individual. I am passionate about supporting my clients by providing a service that is professional, confidential, empathic, nonjudgmental, and safe. I use an integrative approach that is infused with mindfulness practices.
