I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor for Texas state, with over 14 years’ experience in assisting parents and children in decreasing family conflicts and increasing healthy relationships. I have completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Park University and received Masters in Mental Health counseling from Webster University. I am eclectic and apply different therapeutic techniques based on client’s needs. I am proficient in applying CBT, Mindfulness, Reality and Client centered approaches to help clients reach set therapeutic goals. I specialize in anger management, depression , anxiety and substance abuse issues.
