Do you feel out of sorts, or do you feel like things are not the way that you would like them to be. If so, you and I will figure out these struggles together. I promise to never tell you what to do or make decisions for you, but I can be a catalyst in helping you explore different options with the goal helping you feel the way that would like to. In my practice, I specialize in the following areas, Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and transgendered (LGBTQ) issues, relationship struggles, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, and the impact is past experience, previous relationships, and the parent child relationship. While working with these struggles, I am eclectic in the utilization of evidenced based practices as I tailor my approach to your individual needs, snd I utilize the following approaches, cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapies, trauma focused therapies, attachment based therapy, attachment based family therapy, solution focused therapy, systems family therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
