Welcome! I am Ellen. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for many years. I have enjoyed helping people in many different roles, situations and places. At this time in my life, I will be meeting you online. While this is a change, it is an incredible opportunity to be here for you, at a convenient time from wherever you are. What stays the same is my job; which is to listen to your concerns so together we can determine the best way to help you. I am very comfortable talking about life transitions; anxiety and depression, coping skills and career changes as a few examples. Along the way, I may offer modalities that you will learn to help yourself. Learning new ways to cope, different ways to think then feel about things can give emotional relief, a sense of achievement and tools to live the life you choose!
