Hello, I am a LPC of 25 years and I've worked with many different populations with many different issues. Life is a journey and constant growth so congratulations on seeking help and direction for yourself on your journey. Change is not easy as one becomes comfortable in the uncomfortable. But as you become aware of the routines and patterns that you continue with that are not working to your best benefit, you will be on your way to making lifelong changes that not only affect you positively but also your relationships with other people. Change is possible, anxiety and depression are manageable and you are well worth your investment.
Areas of specialty include working with trauma, anxiety issues, including PTSD, depression. MILITARY personnel and their families. First responders. Marital and couples counseling. Women's issues. Depression.
I have focused much of my training on the effects of trauma and stress related to the mind, body and spirit of an individual. I am eclectic in therapeutic approaches and work with each client differently depending on their own specific needs.
