My name is Ellen, and I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with four years of experience working with individuals and families. I have worked within a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, parenting concerns, trauma, life adjustments, adoption, grief and suicidality. I additionally have experience working with somatic experiencing, art therapy, movement therapy, and mindfulness.

My approach combines Trust-based Relational Intervention with narrative and dialectical behavior therapy. I will tailor our work to meet your needs, goals, and experiences.
