Therapy is a journey. I will listen to your story and guide you on your path as we process your daily challenges, symptoms of anxiety, depression, and prior trauma. You will make gains in therapy as you learn various coping skills using tools that I will teach you such as Distress Tolerance, Behavior and Solution Analysis, and Emotional Freedom Techniques.

I'm a mixed racial female of Japanese, Caucasian, Hawaiian ancestry. I've worked with teens, adults, seniors, and couples for more than ten years in Honolulu, Hawaii. I look forward to meeting you on the Talkspace Telehealth Platform.
