I have been a professional clinician for more than twenty years. My mission is to support women by helping them bring voice to, share and celebrate their stories. My practice will foster your confidence, curiosity and creativity. My goals is to encourage you to find joy in your life while connecting with like-minded others who celebrate you and your value. Therapist, Personal/Executive Coach, Clinical Supervisor and Professional Speaker, my exclusive practice includes online private, individualized coaching and in-person, group experiences for women.

I am a well-respected Authority, Professional Speaker and Trainer on such topics as wellness, holistic health, women's empowerment, mindfulness and self-care. I am a graduate of Skidmore College, NYU Silver School of Social Work, and NYSSA Julliard and Circle in the Square Theatre School. Certified in Restorative Yoga and Reiki.
