I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience, providing therapy to individuals, couples and groups.
My expertise includes a wide variety of clinical issues including, depression, bipolar, anxiety, panic, grief and loss, low self esteem, anger management, divorce and substance abuse.

My therapeutic approach is a non-judgmental blending of eastern and western philosophies, thereby helping patients to develop acceptance and cope with their challenges. I have expertise in using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which has been extensively researched as a potent way to treat individuals suffering from mood instability. I incorporate other therapies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused treatment. I am also a Certified Grief Counselor.

I believe that therapy can be a challenging, but important step toward a more fulfilling life. Through willingness and action, I believe that anyone can learn to deal with difficult emotions and , experiences., in order to navigate through transitions and change, which are am inevitable part of life.
