Hello and thank you for visiting my page. My name is Elizabeth but I typically go by Liz. I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey with 13 years experience as a masters level therapist. I am certified as a yoga teacher and as a facilitator for Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment/Justice Resource Institute in Massachusetts.

My therapy style is empathetic and person-centered with the use of cognitive behavioral interventions that are tailored to your individual needs. I enjoy working with all types of individuals and appreciate a good sense of humor.
