Thanks for clicking on my link and taking the time to read a little bit about me.

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2015, and am licensed in both Virginia and Florida. Before getting my license, I was a school counselor for 12 years. My career has afforded me many opportunities to work with a variety of clients across several settings. I have worked in schools, hospitals, community agencies and on military bases with families and veterans.

In general people seek counseling because they are struggling with emotional difficulties, life challenges, or mental health concerns. Regardless, the decision to seek counseling is not always easy. My goal is to help my clients feel comfortable in a safe, non judgmental space. The relationship between the client and therapist is an important part of the process but you as the client are the most important part.

I offer messaging, live chat, video chat and phone sessions with limited availability during the work day. I check messages multiple times each day with a goal of responding within the next business day.
