I am licensed in Ohio with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse. My specialties include perinatal mental health counseling. In a session with me, we will focus on engaging in a holistic, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach toward well-being. We will not only work on ways to help you cope, but how to culminate your best self.
We will collaborate in conversation to help you reach your goals in a supportive space for vulnerability.
