About

I am a therapist with over 10 years of experience in working with adults and older adolescents. I have treated a wide range of issues including trauma, life issues, depression, anxiety, mood and thought disorders, addiction, and more.

My approach is warm, analytical, with a healthy sprinkle of humor. I use an eclectic mix of predominantly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based therapy.

I enjoy working with people to set and implement goals to find richness, meaning, and satisfaction in life, no matter what the barriers might be. I believe in each person's ability to identify values and strengths that will help increase potential.
