I'm a Licensed Psychologist and a Family Therapist. I have over 35 years of counseling experience in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. My style is upbeat and supportive. My approach is influenced by the Positive Psychology Model, Problem-Solving Therapy and Structural/Systems Theory. Of course each client is unique and deserves an approach that's geared to him or her. As a therapist I aim to create a comfortable and safe therapy situation and I build on my client's strengths. I teach clients how to think about their life and their problems in a new way and this often motivates them to make helpful changes. TALKING THERAPY is amazingly powerful. Some clients say that they feel better after one or two sessions.
