I am a clinical social worker licensed in Maryland and have over 7 years of experience as a therapist. I have worked with clients of varying ages from 5 to 92 and varying concerns including anxiety disorders, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders, OCD, ADHD, panic disorder, as well as challenges that can present themselves when going through a transition in life. I view counseling as a partnership that empower the great parts of you while strengthening the parts that you would like to see a difference in.

My draw to the social work profession began when I was a special education teacher. We had a social worker assigned to my classroom and learning more about their job I saw that it encompassed the reasons I was drawn to teaching. Being a support, helping people navigate changes, and providing clients with tools to use independently are all aspects of counseling that are very important to my practice.
