If you have noticed that you don’t feel like yourself lately or there is an area of your life that needs some attention and help, that’s what I’m here for as your counselor. Counseling gives you a time and space where you can take a breath and connect one on one with me. I am here just to be in your corner! Counseling gives you the opportunity to make time for self-exploration and to build a real and honest relationship with me, someone who cares about you and your goals. It also allows you to pursue the goals that are important to you. My clients notice that I am kind and gentle but funny and that my sessions are supportive and friendly. I'm here to be in your corner! I want you to feel like you are talking to a friend, but I also have important insights about how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and how to make meaningful change. I always want to share that that knowledge with you! I cherish the opportunity to work with someone one on one and forge a deep and meaningful relationship with them at an important time in their life.I promise, there is nothing that we can't talk about in our sessions- I am here for you and no topic is off limits.
