I’m a licensed professional counselor in North Texas with fifteen years of experience in the school setting. I’m most passionate about building up teenage support services by counseling teens and also the influential adults surrounding them. What is your approach to therapy? I want to empower teenagers to lead fulfilling lives by providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can be seen, heard, and valued. I also support educators and parents in their vital roles of shaping the next generation by providing them with the tools and strategies to prevent burnout and promote wellness.
