About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing Washington State. I have been providing therapeutic services to children, teenagers, and adults for over 15 years. I am passionate about helping clients reach their optimal emotional and behavioral health. While I always work from a client-centered approach, I have additional training in play therapy, positive behavior support, family systems theory, attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that every client is unique, so I tailor my therapeutic approach to fit the needs of each client while providing a safe and supportive environment for the therapy process.
