I am a certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional (C-DBT) ready to help you with mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and improving your interpersonal effectiveness. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) ready to help you get into a relaxed muscle body so that you can effectively deal with past traumatic events.

I am licensed in Alabama with many years of professional work experience, helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, anger management, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
