I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with close to 10 years social work experience working primarily with children, adolescents and families. I have worked with a wide range of client issues including trauma and attachment, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. I have worked with substance use co occurring disorders, as well as individuals with chronic and severe mental health such as bipolar disorder. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as telehealth certifications and anxiety specific training. I have worked with many children and adolescents involved in the criminal justice system and the foster care system.

My counseling style is relaxed and engaging. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe strongly in a client centered, strengths based approach. The person who best suited to map out the direction of treatment is the client with a therapeutic assistance. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
