I am an LPC with 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy helping clients to thrive and live their best life. I believe with therapy, clients are able to develop the tools and various skills needed to find their full potential, to be the best version of their self, and no longer have to suffer from their past experiences. We all experience hardships and obstacles in life, but we also have a choice to not let them weigh us down! I am experienced in and passionate for helping clients defeat codependency, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, and many other areas.
