About

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in West Virginia with over 6 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting/family problems, traumatic incidents, and change of life issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical, sexual, and emotional trauma.

My therapy style is warm, gentle, and client centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, grace, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe my clients are experts on their lives and as such know what will work for them. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational, traumatic focused, attachment, solution focused therapy techniques. I will make our sessions meet your unique and specific needs as it is always my goal to assist my clients in feeling empowered to make the positive changes they want to see in their Iives.
