Hello!

I'm a firm believer that while everyone has a story, sometimes we get a little lost in the pages. Life is messy, and being able to speak with someone about the twists and turns can help get us back on track and on our way to happier and healthier lives. Mental Health, much like physical health, is something we need to actively work on. That's where I come in. My goal is to help build strong minds, strong spirits, and help people to find their strengths and successes. I have a lot of tools in the old toolbox that I cant wait to share, and I'm always here to listen.

I've been a practicing clinician for a little over 4 years. My background has been varied between family and children, older adults and special needs populations, and most recently about 3 years working in addiction treatment. I've met a lot of wonderful people, and every person who has stepped into my office, virtual or in person, has helped me to grow the tools and the experience to help you along your path.

While I may be easy going in personality, I promise that I will always tell it to you straight, and help you build the tools to make it better.
