I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I work from a Reality therapy/Choice theory approach. I allow my clients to lead the sessions and discuss the topics that they feel are most important during that time. I have a history in working with survivors of sexual trauma and working with trauma survivors is where my passion lies. I find fulfillment in my work when I am able to see my clients gain healing and confidence in themselves and their abilities.
