I am a Florida LCSW with years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and career challenges. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I enjoy working with individuals to help them learn and develop coping skills so that they can find peace within their stressors.

My counseling style is warm, compassionate, and personalized. I believe is using evidence-based practices, such as CBT, to produce results and improvements. However, I find it just as important to come from an open-minded and holistic approach, acknowledging that each patient has different needs or methods that will work for them. My approach typically combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and psychodynamic counseling. I recognize that there is not a "one size fits all" for therapy and I will tailor our therapy and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I use an empowering approach when working with my clients. The most difficult part of the process if often just getting started, so I am thrilled you are considering making your mental health a priority at this time.
