Welcome to Find A Therapist! You've taken a huge step in asking for support.

My name is Elizabeth Snow, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Clinical Therapy, from Azusa Pacific University in 2011. I've worked in different community based settings with individuals and families who have varied personal issues such as depression, different types of anxiety, family conflict, history of trauma/abuse, relationships/parenting and more. Over the past 8years as a clinician, my experience has taught me that the most important aspect of counseling is you feeling safe and understood by your therapist. I believe that everyone can benefit from having someone outside of their personal circle (family/friends) that they can process and learn new ways to work through issues. It would be my honor to be that person for you. We all want to be able to share our personal experiences and feel accepted and heard. I believe that a non-judgmental approach focused on helping you find a solution is most helpful.

You are welcome to message me anytime through Find A Therapist. My hope is that you feeling that you can regularly communicate with me will help you feel supported. I usually check messages twice each day, seven days per week. I offer messaging, live chat and phone sessions with limited availability during business hours. Please note that what you see in my calendar may not reflect my only availability so you always want to check that out with me through messaging first.
