While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Specialties include;  severe/persistent mental illness, Suicide assessment/ Prevention, grief therapy, anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, parenting, Trauma, addiction, empowerment after abuse, and phobias. I am trained in CBT, Trauma-focused CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Play therapy. I work with ages 5 to 105 years old. I custom fit each treatment plan to fit the need and the circumstances of each case, one modality simply does not work for all.
