I believe in people's innate ability to move toward the life that is best for them. However, sometimes life places roadblocks in our way that can make it challenging to reach our goals. My approach as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and accepting therapeutic relationship which facilitates growth and change. When working with me, you will find that I am someone who will support you in moving towards your goals and learning new skills to manage life's challenges. In addition to working with individuals, I enjoy working with couples. I believe that success in any relationship lies in learning to manage conflict and effectively communicate with our partners. Through learning to communicate, changing our negative thought patterns, and trying out new ways of being in the world, we grow and heal both our relationships and ourselves.
