I have received training in the use of EMDR, Parent Coordination/ Co-Parent Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Alcohol Expectancies in Adolescents. What is your approach to therapy? Areas of expertise include working with individuals going through concerns related to divorce, co-parenting, blended families, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, PTSD, women’s issues, workplace stress, and adolescent/child therapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? There are moments in the course of our lives in which we feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, confused, or stuck. The decision to reach out to a counselor takes courage and shows an admirable willingness to work towards growth and positive change.
