Hi , I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have over ten years of experience in the field of mental health, family and relationship counseling as well as substance abuse issues. . I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma, as well as relationship/family issues, as well as grief, self-esteem, OCD, and anger management and identity /sexual issues . Some of the treatment methods I use include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, a Holistic approach and empathic listening. It is primarily a client-centered approach. I work with you to create an individualized plan for short- and long-term goals.
