For over 20 years, I have loved working with clients, in both rural and urban communities from Washington DC to Maine. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degree at Fordham University in New York. While I have worked extensively with those experiencing anxiety and depression, I have a unique comfort working with the bereaved. I keep an eye on my own mind body connection, to maintain my fidelity and wellness, and also within the therapeutic process. As a clinician of color, it has been a privilege to work in this capacity, elevating others’ internal strengths, and one that I remain grateful for daily.
