Seeking additional support for areas in our lives that are in need of attention is a wonderful way to focus on personal growth! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of CA. With over 13 years of educational experience in the field of counseling psychology including an earned Doctoral degree in Psychology as well as over 10 years in clinical practice, I blend both my research and clinical skills to offer a counseling style approach to fit the unique needs of my clients. I have experience supporting individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their romantic or familial relationships, helping individuals explore coping mechanisms and communication skills in their relationships, individuals who are experiencing overwhelming anxiety, affair recovery for individuals and couples and also parents who are navigating the difficulties of being a parent or a step-parent.

I utilize a strength-based, solution focused approach as well as humanistic, CBT and DBT approaches. I will help you to break things down into manageable steps, focus on the strengths you have and help you to identify ways to increase your resilience, confidence and overall satisfaction in your life.
