I am glad you are here. Change can be unfamiliar, scary and difficult. However, the therapeutic process can be life changing as you gain a better understanding of yourself. I believe in meeting each individual where they are to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can build a valuable therapeutic relationship. Through the development of the therapeutic relationship, we will work together to understand your thoughts, behaviors, emotions and choices to experience growth and healing.

I am Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the field for over ten years in a variety of roles. I have a broad spectrum of experience working in both outpatient and crisis mental health settings with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My areas of expertise are mood and anxiety disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns.

I utilize many modalities of therapy, depending on your needs, which include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I work with food and body image concerns from a Health at Every Size framework. I look forward to working together.
