I am licensed in Washington with 11 years of professional work experience. I have worked in both inpatient and clinic settings with individuals across the life span. In the last several years I have focused on postpartum issues, helping pregnant/parenting individuals navigate this major life event.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I specialize in women’s issues and am certified in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
