About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Arkansas with nearly 10 years of experience helping people from all backgrounds through life’s toughest moments and seasons. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, parenting problems, family relations, career challenges, and difficulties within the pandemic. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.

I believe you are the expert of your life. During therapy, my role is to be an active listener and help connect dots that you may not notice. In a safe, non-judgmental space, I provide a style of therapy that empowers you to make meaningful, lasting changes while healing from old wounds.
