I am committed to providing a comfortable, culturally sensitive, non-judgmental counseling experience to anyone who may be struggling with life's challenges and demands. I utilize a client centered, cognitive behavioral approach which can be adapted to incorporate a client's spiritual and/or religious beliefs. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who are struggling with relationships, mental health concerns, substance use, and other emotional challenges. I work with all ages but specialize in young adults.
