I enjoy helping people find better ways to communicate, improve relationships, and generally get the most out of life. I use a mix of approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), structural and strategic family therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
