Welcome,

My name is Elizabeth Flores MS., Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling in Florida. I have been grateful to co-collaborate with clients in a variety of settings, such as, private practice, psychosocial rehabilitation centers, detox/treatment centers and homeless shelters for 8 years.

One of the most empowering decisions an individual can make is having the courage to seek help. I commend you for making this decision and I am here to guide you in your journey. I understand that counseling can be anxiety provoking, so please note that I am a safe space where you can share authentically and vulnerably.

Do you feel like you are surviving rather than thriving? Do you choose fear instead of self love? Have you labeled yourself due to negative emotions, diagnosis, trauma, or past event? Do you not understand why you do the things that you do? Or, are you letting your past dictate your future? Whether you are dealing with a life transition, low self esteem, emotional disturbance, or a mental illness; I am here to help. You are an individual who is experiencing an obstacle; that doesn’t define who you are. Everyone deserves to function as a worthy, confident, fulfilled and happy person.

My personal and professional life has provided me with the skills to help you increase your awareness and deconstruct beliefs that are limiting you from living your best life. I believe that we work as a team, so I am here to listen and together we find solutions.

My therapeutic orientation embodies, but it is not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Mindfulness, Strength based therapy, Humanistic and Solution Focused. My approach is tailored specifically to the individual. My therapeutic foundation and personal life is built on empathy, compassion, respect, acceptance, honesty and passion.
