Hi! Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Liz DiNardo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology in May 2013. I have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. I have previously provided individual, group, family and couple's therapy. I have worked with a variety of issues including Trauma and Abuse, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Substance Abuse, Intimacy and Relational Issues, Personality Disorders, Anger Management, Grief/Loss, and Family Issues. I primarily use a person centered orientation, focusing on your goals, and helping you grow through increasing awareness and insight into your concerns. I utilize components of psychodynamic therapy, CBT as well as mindfulness and other creative techniques.

Therapy has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy helping clients gain insight and clarity into their lives. My job is to help guide you towards your goal and help you become aware of roadblocks that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential. My therapy type is often direct, empathetic and can be funny at times. Reaching out for therapy is the first step! I look forward to working with you!

I do not leave my calendar open as my availability changes so do not let that be a concern when looking at it. I schedule my own sessions for us! Feel free to let me know when you are free & we can work on scheduling together.
