Hi there, I'm Elizabeth! Welcome! My name is Elizabeth Davis and I am licensed in CA. Therapy is considered a partnership. I am here to help guide and support you through times in life where you may be struggling with stress/anxiety, depression, parenthood, family issues, career/entreprenurship, money/finances, trauma, self love and relationships. My approach CBT, DBT, positive psychology, brainspotting, solution focused, holistic and client centered. My focus I have familiarity working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, parenting issues, pregnancy/parenting related and relationship issues. My communication style I want to help you feel safe, welcomed and supported in a non judgmental environment. Working together should feel like a partnership where I am here to guide and support your decisions and keep you accountable to your set goals. My journey to mental healthcare I have always had a drive of helping and serving others. The beautiful part about being a therapist is that I often learn as much from others as they learn for themselves during the process. My knowledge is constantly evolving. I have adopted a mindset of growth and humility to life and what it means to be a part of this human experience. My goals for you Goal setting is collaborative. You decide your goals and we tailor it to meet your most desired outcome.
