I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with kids, teens, young adults, adults, and families. My goal is to provide compassionate support and create a safe, relaxed space to work through challenges, identify strengths, and promote resilience using cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness-based interventions.

I have experience helping clients and families manage stress and deal with struggles related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment disorder, self-esteem, behavioral and emotional issues, trauma, grief, and relational problems.
