I am available to work with adolescents to adults, and my services can assist with a wide range of issues including mental health and sports performance. My specialty is assisting athletes struggling with performance, yet I am also highly experienced in working with clients needing assistance with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment to illness, and work-life balance. I am also a school social worker, certified to work with kids in grades K-12 and am knowledgeable of school systems and supports.

By utilizing evidence based clinical modalities, I help individuals to overcome barriers and reach their goals. My career as a hospital social worker has allowed me the opportunity to work with patients struggling with various diagnoses. There is life during and after illness, and I assist individuals in moving forward during life's trials.
