I am a licensed clinical social worker based in North Carolina and bring nine years experience working with individuals and families in various settings, including child welfare, community mental health, and heath care. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, drawing from cognitive behavioral and existential therapies.

I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that you already possess the strength and resources to heal and grow.
