I am licensed in California with 12 years of professional work experience. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. My approach My therapeutic approach begins with being client-centered and strengths-based. I use different approaches and tailor each treatment according to each client's needs. My focus I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, ADHD & depression.
