I believe every client has what they need to heal inside them, and it's just my job to help you pull it out. Therapy is a partnership, and I want to partner with you to teach you skills, reveal behavior patterns, and support you in your therapeutic process. I have years of experience working with children and families in various settings, including parenting education (Circle of Security and Triple P), trauma-informed practices (Bounce Back), and traditional talk therapy interventions (Supportive therapy and CBT strategies). I look forward to working with children, families, and adults ready to heal from grief, transitions, relationships, and those working to decrease symptoms of trauma, anger, anxiety, and depression.
