Elizabeth (she/her) is a NY licensed social worker who received her masters degree from Columbia University. She is receiving postgraduate training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). She uses a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach, utilizing techniques from SE, EMDR, DBT, and CBT. Elizabeth works with adolescents and adults specializing in the treatment of personality disorders, complex PTSD/trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and grief and loss. In addition to private practice, she works at NYU Langone Hospital with the Crisis Recovery Center for complex PTSD and personality disorders.
