Hello there, it's nice to e-meet you! Along with my formal education, training and direct, clinical experience, I'm also a "BIG T" trauma survivor, hence I get it and care. Once my own healing journey began, I wanted to help others get out of the trenches too, just as some great therapists helped me do so.

Trauma leaves us feeling broken, but healing is possible if you work hard with a professional. I specialize in treating identifying females 12+ years old who are experiencing C-PTSD/trauma, body dysmorphic disorder, depressive and generalized and social anxiety disorders, and alcoholism recovery. I am trained in CBT, EMDR and am currently getting trained in IFS therapy.

Pain is difficult, but we grow, and are set free working through it. We can also learn how to decrease distress in the moment, increase our tolerance to pain, and avoid unnecessary suffering.
