About

I'm a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Pennsylvania and New York, with over 10 years experience as a therapist. While working with clients, I integrate various theories, including psychodynamic, client-centered, attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, post traumatic growth, and narrative therapies. I have helped clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transition challenges, and the overwhelming effects of trauma.

My counseling style is warm, genuine, empathic and collaborative. I support clients through the careful development of a trusting relationship and a safe space in which to share your story. Our goal is to gain deeper insight into yourself and your concerns, and ultimately, to build on your inherent strengths and resilience.
